Ryan McShea has served as a Senior Director of Equity Placements based out of a Los Angeles capital markets brokerage and also at Marc Belsky Ltd., a New York based equity brokerage that originated over 1 billion in equity placement assignments. Ryan has showcased acumen and leadership, contributing to his success in equity placements and deal structuring across the United States.

Beginning his career with Patriot Realty Advisors, Ryan McShea joined the Sponsor team sourcing acquisition opportunities centered around privately owned office property leased to Federal, State, and Local government agencies. He then transitioned to leading Colliers research for its north Florida offices in the cities of Jacksonville and Gainesville.

Ryan earned a Master’s Degree of Real Estate with a specialization in Finance from Georgetown University. His academic endeavors culminated in a comprehensive thesis exploring Institutional Preferred Equity within commercial real estate investments. Ryan also obtained an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, where he served as the former President of the Real Estate & Economic Development Association (REEDA) student organization.
